In her latest post on her website and app, produced by mom.me parent company Whalerock Industries, the 35-year-old mom of North West checks in at the eight-month mark and reveals that she's "gaining a lot of weight."
And what is she feeling right now?
"Anxiety, knowing my baby is so big," she writes, comparing her baby to a really heavy pineapple. "I have gained more than I did the first pregnancy [in 2013]."
"My doctor wants me to manage it better, but it's hard to!" she writes, while confessing that she's also craving ice cream. "I'm up 52 pounds so far, with six weeks to go."
She also notes that while North was only 4 pounds, her second child, a boy, is already 7 pounds.
Sounds like North will be big sister to an especially cuddly little brother.
