Girls Uses Design Skills to Help Dogs Get Adopted

What started as a wish to help make pets look "fashionable and fabulous" has turned into a business for 10-year-old Isabella Masso, whose clip-on flowers and bow ties for dogs are all the rage for our four-legged friends. The idea actually came to the young entrepreneur two years ago, when she wanted to combine her love of fashion and passion for animals. Isabella's Pet Shop was born, and it's been growing ever since.

But Isabella's business doesn't just sell its flowers and bows, it also donates them to animals that are up for adoption. And through her online shop, you can donate money to help shelter dogs. Also, every purchase made helps a pet in need. So you can add "philanthropist" to the list of achievements that this extraordinary youngster has accomplished.

Curious about the product? The way the flowers and bows work is pretty simple. They come in sizes extra small to large, and have velcro on the back that you can attach around a collar or harness.

So stop by Isabella's Pet Shop and check out the great, one-of-a-kind fashion accessories. You can even order custom-made items with your favorite colors! And know that with every purchase, you're helping an animal in need.
