Tia Mowry wants everyone to know that she's not pregnant—she's just happy.

The "Tia Mowry at Home" host responded to Instagram users' comments, asking if the mother of one was pregnant.

"I'm just enjoying life and when I want to drop the pounds, I will, but right now I'm happy with who I am," Mowry told HuffPost Live.

Mowry, who has her own show on the Cooking Channel, suggested that her recent weight gain had more to do with recipes but still didn't appreciate the comments.

"It is a form of body shaming," she told HuffPo about the pregnancy suggestions. "I will say that, and it's pretty unfortunate. ... We live in a society that is so obsessed with being perfect."

In fact, the former "Sister, Sister" star said that we need to be more inclusive when it comes to standards of beauty in the media.

"We need to be more supportive with body images, especially with women, showing that all sizes are beautiful," she said. "And I'm talking about in magazines, advertisements, in regards to what's sexy and not sexy. We all need to be a little more supportive of each other. I think if we start there, we'll see a difference."
