Six weeks after giving birth to her son, Jameson Moon, Pink says she's ready to hit the gym. The 37-year-old mother of two is ready to shed her pregnancy weight, but she admitted that she hasn't lost a single pound since welcoming her son into the world.
And she's totally fine with that.
Posting on Instagram earlier this week, Pink shared a selfie with her trainer, Jeanette Jenkins.
"[W]eek 6 post baby and I haven't lost ANY WEIGHT YET!!!!" Pink wrote. "I'm normal!"
Mothers all over the world, we're sure, are rejoicing at her words, given the expectation to "bounce back" soon after giving birth.
Celebrity mom Kim Kardashian even got real about baby weight, going public about how her body had changed since she'd had her daughter, North.
This isn't the first time Pink has spoken out about body image. In a 2014 interview with Who magazine for its "Body" issue, Pink said, "Instead of thinking, ‘Am I skinny?’ I grew up thinking, ‘Am I fast enough? How can I use my body?'”
Pink surprised fans in November, when she announced on Instagram that she was pregnant with her son. Standing with her 5-year-old daughter, Willow, the singer showed off her baby bump while hugging her little girl. Pink and husband Carey Hart welcomed Jameson on December 26.
In addition to getting candid about baby weight, Pink also talked to Ellen DeGeneres about sibling rivalry. Saying her daughter had been a "little weepy" since the baby was born, Pink wanted to make sure Willow didn't feel left out.
"I literally put Jameson down when [Willow] walks in the room," Pink told the talk show host. She and Hart also threw a big sister party for their daughter just after their son was born.
