Kids' First Reactions to Food

At the TEDxSydney conference recently, filmmaker Matt Gilmour showed his amazing 500-frame-per-second videos of kids trying particular foods for the first time. The results—from eating olives, to lemons, to anchovies and more—are completely delightful, showing the uncensored and visceral reactions these kids have to strange foods. “It's funny how raw a child's reaction to something is. There's no filter. It's just really physical and that's what I love about it,” Gilmour says.
