Oh, Gwyneth. Always stepping in it...

According to Britain's The Daily Mail, a source close to actress Gwyneth Paltrow claims her upcoming move to L.A. is only until her kids reach high school. Then it's back to London, because apparently she thinks U.S. schools just don't compare and the "English education system is second to none."

But, it's important to note that the claims are coming from a "close source" rather than the actress herself. Not to mention, she may have a bit of a point, since recent studies have shown U.S. students are lagging behind foreign students. But we're pretty sure Gwyneth would be sending her kids to private school, right?

According to the source: "Gwyneth has loved living in London but America will always be home and she wants to be closer to her family. Her mother and brother live in California and she plans to spend the next couple of years in Los Angeles while her children are young enough for their education not to be affected. She misses her family terribly and now is the time to move."

When the family does make the move to L.A., they'll reportedly be moving to the swanky Brentwood, Calif. neighborhood, where they've already purchased a pricey $10.6 million pad near her mother, Blythe Danner, and brother, Bruce Paltrow.

Looks like we'll soon be seeing some Apple and Moses sightings stateside!
