Do you bring your young ones under 9 with you to dinner? We're guessing you do, like most parents, but one restaurant in Texas isn't having it anymore, saying that they've received complaints from an unlikely source: parents with young kids.

“We have a lot of complaints from couples who decide to have dinner and the customers say ‘I left my children at my house with the babysitter and we come to the restaurant and see children running around the restaurant screaming and crying,’” says La Fisheria restaurant owner Aquiles Chavez.

So many parents are actually trying to actively get away from their children and take a night off to relax and have a few drinks ... only to find themselves running into other couples' screaming kids.

“We find children that are crying, some kids running under tables, and our customers don’t like [it],” Chavez says, according to WFAA, an ABC news affiliate. “Seven o’clock is not a time for children, especially when we serve drinks and wine.”

Some couples are very happy with the change. “ We just went to three restaurants to have breakfast and left two because of too dang many kids,” says Houston resident Becky Pickens. “I think it’s cool.”

So what do you think? Bad play on part of the restaurant?
