Prince William Gushes Over Baby George in First Official Interview

CNN's Max Foster nabbed the first official post-baby interview with Prince William, released just yesterday. And, we have to say, it's pretty adorable. Luckily for royal watchers, the newbie dad hasn't been shy so far about divulging little tidbits about his son (namely that he's very "good-looking" and a "good crier").
But this latest interview goes deeper into the Duke of Cambridge's life as a new pop, which it sounds like he's taking to pretty nicely.
So what were his feelings in those much-talked-about first moments exiting the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's? Says the prince: "I think shock and dauntingness was the feeling I felt (laughing), but it was, the thing is... I think I was on such a high anyway, and so was Catherine about George that really we were happy to show him off to whoever wanted to see him. As any new parent knows, you're only too happy to show off your new child and, you know, proclaim that he is the best looking or the best everything."
We totally feel you, Wills.
The interview goes on to cover everything from William's lightning-fast carseat installation (yes, he practiced a million times) to driving away from the hospital, himself (it was his decision and really important to him, since he doesn't "like to make a fuss").
And then, of course, he shares what life at home has been like.
"He's a little bit of a rascal, put it that way," Prince William says of George. "So he either reminds me of my brother or me when I was younger. I'm not sure. But, um he's uh, he's uh, he's doing very well at the moment."
Other highlights: Kate isn't sleeping much (join the club!), he changed the first nappy in the hospital (as midwives looked on, chiding), and his cocker spaniel, Lupo is "doing all right," adjusting to the new baby in the house.
But the biggest takeaway? Little Georgie apparently blows through a lot of nappies.
