How cute is this little guy?
Five-year-old Taranza Mckelvin of Belle Glade, Fla., stole the show on Saturday, as he performed as a drum major and led the marching band at the Glades Central High School halftime show.
Mckelvin had seen some videos of marching bands and wanted to be part of the show, according to WPTV.com. So his parents signed him up last summer for band camp at the high school.
He didn't know at the time, but the band had made plans to feature him as their drum major at Saturday's "Muck Bowl."
"I was nervous when I first got out into the field, but then I just performed," Mckelvin told WPTV.com.
Clearly, he had no reason to be nervous.
"[T]he crowd just loved it," Charles Moorer, the school's band director, told WPTV.com.
And now the Internet does, too.
