When a visibly pregnant woman lifts weights, surfs, does ballet or kick boxing, she makes headlines. Why are we shocked, when exercise does a pregnant body good? Because it's a new generation of women butting heads with old notions about pregnancy, says Kristina Pinto, fitness coach and author of "Fit & Healthy Pregnancy."
