According to reports
Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have finally
tied the knot after their three-year engagement. Since April, Aniston had
been hinting possible upcoming wedding plans, but assured that it would be done
in the quietest of ways. And, she did exactly that.
According to leaked photos
and various sources, the pair got married in the backyard of their mansion in Bel Air on
Wednesday night. Guests included Robert Downey Jr., Howard Stern, Chelsea
Handler, Ellen DeGeneres, Emily Blunt and John Krasinski and Courteney Cox.
Some were in for a surprise as they thought
they were arriving for Theroux's birthday party, proving that the ceremony was
a low-key one with a little over 70 close family members and friends.
Aniston reportedly wore a
casual, flowy white summer dress to complement the chilled-out vibes of the
wedding. The duo danced the night away while Samantha Ronson spun and Sia
serenaded the crowd.
In an exclusive photo
taken by People, the outdoor set up included a spacious wooden deck with
tables and ottomans, cozy lounging area and a small raised stage where the
couple exchanged their vows.
"He's just so beautiful
and handsome to me," said Aniston told
Women's Wear Daily. "He's just like a lost gem in the sand, and he's
just always been there and been brilliant."
On Thursday, the newlyweds
were seen boarding a private jet to Bora Bora for their honeymoon. Aniston and
Theroux started dating in 2011 when they met on set during the filming of
"Wanderlust." They became engaged in August 2012.
