Kate G.'s LEGO® DUPLO® Review

ADVERTORIAL

"I have two children, a three-year-old and an 11-month-old. My three-year-old loves LEGO® DUPLO® bricks, but she only used to have them at school. Now that we finally have DUPLO bricks in our house, she was beyond excited! They are the first toy she goes to when she gets home from school. So far she has built a lot of places for planes to land and a few swimming pools. My 11-month-old loves the pull/wheel feature of the LEGO® DUPLO® Toddler Build and Pull Along set (item# 10554). The cord is a great length for him to hold and pull as he crawls around. He doesn’t have the fine motor skills to actually get the DUPLO bricks to stick together yet, but the colors and patterns obviously appeal to him because he keeps trying.

"As a parent, I like the fact the base acts as a sort of container, since all the bricks can be stuck to the base and the whole set can be stored together. Also, it is quiet. I love a toy with no batteries or noises. I also like that it really does appeal to the age range listed on the box. So often kids listed as the maximum age find the toy boring, but my daughter is nearing four and loves the toy." -Kate G.
