Hard-boiled eggs can be reused for a second event called the egg toss. Have the kids choose a partner—or select one for them if that makes things easier—and stand them toe to toe. In each pair, one child tosses the egg to their partner, and after each successful catch, both kids take one step backward. The team that can successfully throw the egg back and forth from the greatest distance without dropping (and likely cracking) the egg wins. If you don’t like the idea of mushed up egg in your yard, opt for the plastic, Easter-style instead.
